MARCUS Youth Discovery Group provides practical, strength-based programs that support young adults, families, and individuals of all ages navigating reentry, personal growth, and community reintegration.

YOUNG ADULT DEVELOPMENT
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching that help young adults set goals, make positive decisions, and build confidence.
- Build practical life, leadership, education, and career readiness skills that support employment, continued learning, and independent living.

FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES
- Strengthen family communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making through supportive guidance and practical tools.
- Connect families to wellness education, community resources, and referral support that promote stability and resilience.

REENTRY SERVICES FOR ALL AGES
- Develop individualized reentry plans that address employment readiness, mentoring, basic needs, and community reintegration.
- Support long-term success through life skills development, wellness support, resource referrals, accountability, and follow-up guidance.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
- Build coordinated partnerships with schools, workforce programs, businesses, faith-based organizations, service providers, and community leaders.
- Expand access to mentorship, employment pathways, wellness resources, family supports, and opportunities for sustained community success.

PEER-TO-PEER COACHING & SUPPORT
- Provide one-on-one peer coaching and ongoing support from individuals with lived experience who understand participants' challenges.
- Encourage personal growth, goal setting, confidence building, accountability, and successful community reintegration through trusted peer relationships.

PEER COACHING TRAINING
- Train future peer coaches with practical skills in mentoring, communication, leadership, ethics, and effective community support.
- Prepare certified peer leaders to guide others, strengthen local communities, and create lasting positive change.
